2019. a fight. From my mother I have memories. And a photograph. So I write poems of desire and longing and put on makeup, put on a mask, but hardly visible, but a kind of protection.

The film tells of identity, trust and of distance.

My need for love and the simultaneous loneliness at home are shown raw and direct. Yet "For My Mother" is not a reckoning,because there is no such thing as perfection.
